Sponsor Vendors receive priority table placement, a dedicated social media highlight, and recognition during raffle announcements throughout the event. In exchange, Sponsor Vendors agree to provide a raffle item with a minimum retail value of $50.

Vendor Policies

Setup:

  • Tables are available in single or double configurations 

  • Table confirmation will be sent within 7 days of purchase

  • Vendor badges, credentials, and packets are distributed during setup

  • Detailed load-in directions and dock/entrance instructions will be emailed 10 days prior to the event

  • Setup hours:

    • Friday 3:00pm – 8:00pm

    • Saturday 8:00am-10:00am

    • Location Furama 4936 N Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640

General:

  • Vendors must stay within their designated table area — no exceptions

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the event; a 50% cancellation fee applies.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event

  • Food & beverage vendors are not permitted

  • Weekend vendors include 2 complimentary drink tickets

  • By purchasing a table, you agree to all Uptown Collectors Vendor Policies
