Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, denial of entry, removal from the event, or event delays.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate any chargebacks or payment disputes. Any attempted chargeback may result in denial of entry to current and future events.

 

In the event the show is canceled in its entirety by the organizer, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Uptown Collectors.

Event Admission, Capacity & Entry

All attendees must present a valid QR code ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

​

Admission is subject to venue capacity limits and safety regulations. Entry may be delayed or temporarily restricted due to capacity constraints. No refunds will be issued for wait times, delayed entry, or restricted access due to capacity control.

Uptown Collectors reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual at its sole discretion without refund.

​

Security & Safety

All bags, backpacks, and personal items are subject to inspection upon entry.

​

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Outside food and beverages (except for medical necessity)

• Weapons of any kind

• Counterfeit or fraudulent merchandise

 

By attending, you affirm that you are not experiencing symptoms of contagious illness.

Code of Conduct

Uptown Collectors is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and family-friendly environment.

​

Harassment, discrimination, violence, or inappropriate behavior toward staff, vendors, sponsors, or attendees will not be tolerated.

​

Disruptive conduct, including aggressive negotiating, harassment of vendors (“barking”), or interference with event operations, may result in immediate removal without refund.

​

Proper attire, including shirts and shoes, is required at all times. Clothing or accessories displaying offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory content are prohibited.

Vendor & Transaction Disclaimer

Uptown Collectors does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the authenticity, quality, or value of any items bought, sold, or traded at the event.

All transactions are conducted solely between buyers and sellers. Uptown Collectors is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from transactions between attendees and vendors.

​

Attendees are encouraged to exercise due diligence when making purchases.

​

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property loss, theft, or exposure to illness.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uptown Collectors, its owners, staff, affiliates, and venue partners shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from attendance at the event.

Enforcement

Uptown Collectors reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion.
