Table Purchases & Confirmation

Vendor table orders are considered pending until the purchaser receives confirmation via email from Uptown Collectors. Uptown Collectors reserves the right to cancel and refund any vendor table order at any time, including after confirmation has been issued, due to system errors, duplicate orders, inaccurate customer information, or other circumstances.

Cancellations & Refunds

Table cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the event with no exceptions. All cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests made fewer than 30 days before the event.

Table Limits & Resale

There is a limit of 2 tables per individual or company. The resale or transfer of tables to other individuals or companies is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation, forfeiture of payment, and a ban from future Uptown Collectors events.
 

Setup & Designated Areas

Vendors are not permitted to be set up beyond their designated table area. Vendors may not use, borrow, or occupy any tables not included in their purchased order. Any vendor found using additional tables beyond their assigned allotment will be charged $90 per additional table at the time of the show. Tents are not permitted. Vendors may not place stickers, tape, or any adhesive material on venue floors or surfaces; violation may result in a fine and removal from the event.

Permitted & Prohibited Items

Food and beverage vendors are not permitted. Trading cards, collectibles, TCG singles, sealed product, sports cards, Pokémon, One Piece, anime art, and related collectibles are welcome.

The following badges are included with table purchases:

• 1 table: 2 vendor badges

• 2 tables: 3 vendor badges

 

Conduct & Compliance

Uptown Collectors is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all vendors, attendees, and staff. Harassment, threatening behavior, or acts of violence of any kind — including via social media — will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Uptown Collectors, its staff, and partners are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property during the event. By purchasing a table, vendors agree to hold Uptown Collectors harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the event.

Right to Refuse & Reassign

Uptown Collectors reserves the right to refuse, reassign, relocate, or revoke any vendor table at its discretion and at any time for any reason. Vendors who do not comply with these policies will be asked to leave and may be banned from future events. Tables will not be refunded in cases of policy violations.
