Vendor Policies
Setup:

Tables are available in single or double configurations

Table confirmation will be sent within 7 days of purchase

Vendor badges, credentials, and packets are distributed during setup

Detailed load-in directions and dock/entrance instructions will be emailed 10 days prior to the event

Setup hours:

Friday 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Saturday 8:00am-10:00am

Vendors must stay within their designated table area — no exceptions

Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days before the event; a 50% cancellation fee applies.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event

Food & beverage vendors are not permitted

Weekend vendors include 2 complimentary drink tickets
